Job Overview

We seek a dedicated Chef de Partie for the Hot Section to join our Big Mamma Kitchen team. This role involves managing the hot kitchen section during preparation and service, ensuring consistent adherence to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization, training new staff, and collaborating with kitchen management to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Hot Section during prep and service periods.
• Produce dishes from scratch in line with company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to keep the section service-ready.
• Assist in training and supporting new kitchen team members.
• Communicate effectively with Kitchen Management team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Exemplify leadership by demonstrating energy, precision, and a problem-solving approach.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide assistance to team members during peak service times.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits genuine enthusiasm and passion for Italian cuisine.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a challenging, high-volume culinary environment.
• Strong expertise in Italian cooking techniques and dishes.
• Excellent teamwork skills along with leadership and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset and the stamina to maintain energy during busy service hours.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
