Role Overview

We seek a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to become an integral member of our kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include preparing our signature desserts such as giant lemon pie and homemade gelato entirely from scratch, providing training and guidance to new pastry chefs, collaborating closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth operation, and maintaining impeccable hygiene, organisation, and adherence to Big Mamma’s quality standards throughout the pastry section. You'll contribute positive energy and problem-solving skills to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a big smile and genuine passion for Italian cuisine
• Exhibits proactive energy and strong team spirit
• Possesses expert knowledge of Italian dessert recipes and pastry techniques
• Experience in leading a pastry team within a restaurant environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Permanent full-time position with total compensation of €16.00 per hour (including base pay and tronc)
