About the Role

Based in Berlin at Pamela, located at Charlottenstraße 59, 10117 Berlin, this full-time kitchen porter position is designed to ensure smooth kitchen operations with two fixed days off weekly. As an essential team member, you will maintain cleanliness and organization of dishes, kitchen tools, and workspaces to help the kitchen run effectively during all service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a continuous supply of clean tableware and tools throughout service times.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas sanitary, organized, and safe for staff.
• Assist the kitchen team in cleaning and operational duties as needed.
• Handle waste disposal correctly, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Support general kitchen organization and delivery handling when required.
• Provide assistance to chefs and kitchen staff during peak periods.
• Maintain a consistent work pace and stay organized during shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in kitchen or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good physical endurance and ability to remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at a brisk pace with repetitive tasks.
