Your Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts by accurately following Big Mamma recipes and adhering to quality standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and senior pastry chefs throughout preparation and service periods.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene, organization, and food safety are maintained at all times.
• Operate efficiently during peak service hours with a positive and proactive approach.
• Contribute to creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests through your dessert presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess genuine enthusiasm for Italian cuisine paired with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Have prior experience or formal training as a Commis Pastry Chef.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to work cooperatively within a team.
• Exhibit high energy levels and a proactive attitude during busy kitchen services.
• Be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments will be considered an advantage.

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time position with a combined hourly pay of £15.96 (inclusive of base pay plus tronc).
