Channel Account Manager

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for implementing the regional channel strategy and managing interactions with Saudi Xerox channel partners. The main objective is to establish long-lasting and profitable partnerships with these channel collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the channel strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets through indirect business channels.
• Ensure extensive coverage across the assigned indirect territory.
• Maintain an understanding of competitors’ business approaches and value propositions.
• Oversee daily activities with Channel Business Managers to guarantee timely and adequate responses to end customers.
• Identify and carry out sufficient activities to meet sales targets via effective management of the sales pipeline.
• Work towards increasing indirect revenue, aiming to exceed direct sales revenue within Saudi Xerox.
• Track sales trends and annual achievements to discover growth opportunities in current markets.
• Manage relationships with channel partners to monitor their progress against sales quotas.
• Communicate Xerox product benefits and third-party solutions to all channels and ensure smooth execution of partner onboarding programs.
• Support channel sales and partners in deal negotiations and closures.
• Conduct in-person meetings with partners covering industry trends, products, company services, and related topics.
• Act as the liaison between Saudi Xerox management and channel partners to facilitate operations and expedite decision-making.

Education & Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years professional experience in a related capacity is needed for this role.
