Job Overview
The Certifying Staff Inspector role entails conducting thorough visual and dimensional quality inspections on engine components at various stages such as incoming, in-process, and finished goods. This position requires close coordination with operations to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards, as well as issuing Air Release Certificates (ARC) to authorize components for service return.

Key Responsibilities
- Confirm that parts meet all specified quality standards.
- Ensure all work clearances are accurate and complete.
- Prevent defective parts from advancing to subsequent workstations.
- Support Manufacturing and Quality System Engineers in evaluations, audits, and investigations.
- Gather and report quality data feedback to relevant engineering teams.
- Carry out visual and dimensional inspections and manage the designated inspection area.
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Verify completion of maintenance activities.
- Issue Air Release Certificates for component clearance back to service.
Candidate Profile
- Must have passed CAAS M10, CO2, TM1, and M15 certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MRO-related activities.
- Active practicing certifying staff within the last 6 months.
- Familiarity with CAAS, EASA, and FAA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience from a C-rating MRO provider is advantageous.
