Job Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring work six days a week. The Electrical Inspector will be accountable for conducting thorough site inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing aspects of construction on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site inspections focusing on electrical systems and installations.
• Maintain strict quality control in line with established standards and customary practices.
• Supervise construction processes related to electrical installations to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess over 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years working in the United Arab Emirates.
• Demonstrated experience in site inspections, particularly for hospitality projects such as 5-star hotels, high-rise residential buildings, and commercial developments.
• In-depth familiarity with inspection procedures and quality control methodologies.
• Proven capabilities in construction management related to electrical engineering.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant certifications pertaining to electrical inspections and quality assurance are advantageous.
