Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the safety and neatness of the car park and hotel premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Deliver professional and effective security services to all car park patrons.
• Manage access barriers by monitoring entries and exits and assisting with ticketing or payment inquiries.
• Help guests operate parking machines and payment systems efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify cleanliness issues and potential risks within the car park.
• Maintain vigilant awareness of health and safety protocols at all times.
• Exhibit friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism in all guest interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to function well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
