Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute calibration procedures and methodologies.
• Ensure timely calibration of equipment via external vendors, original equipment manufacturers, or internal resources.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment calibration and performance.
• Maintain thorough calibration documentation for auditing purposes.
• Conduct periodic measurements of dust particle counts.
• Propose and apply enhancements to calibration methods and protocols.
• Provide training and support to technicians on calibration techniques.
• Procure, upkeep, and manage calibration instruments and tools.
• Guarantee all calibration activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality assurance procedures specific to calibration operations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for calibration processes and systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address any calibration or equipment performance issues.
• Offer technical assistance concerning calibration tasks and equipment upkeep.
• Perform periodic audits on production lines to verify calibration status and equipment functionality.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
• Understanding of measurement uncertainty evaluation.

Educational Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.

Work Experience

2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with electrical, thermal, RF, and mechanical equipment.
