Key Responsibilities
- Create and update detailed factory layout plans working closely with capacity and process engineering teams.
- Facilitate layout modifications due to process enhancements, capacity growth, and equipment installations.
- Collaborate with facilities and construction teams ensuring clear communication of layout specifications and adjustments.
- Guarantee that layout designs are consistent with site readiness and infrastructure provisions.
- Perform space utilization analyses and develop scenarios to support prospective expansions.
- Assist in strategizing long-term space allocation and planning capital investments.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in using CAD software and layout simulation tools.
- Practical knowledge of factory construction principles and infrastructure systems related to layout and space planning.
- Strong skills in managing projects and working across multiple departments collaboratively.
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in layout planning and coordinating facilities within a manufacturing setting.
