About the Role

Join our cafe team and become an essential part of creating a great daily experience for our customers. This vibrant position includes cooking, customer interaction, and ensuring all served items meet our quality and safety standards. You will also maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the cafe, including kitchen equipment and customer areas. The role offers flexible working hours, a path for career growth, and a minimum guarantee of 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Serve customers promptly with care and efficiency.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, keeping daily records.
• Use first in, first out (FIFO) practices to handle stock freshness.
• Manage deliveries and safely store food supplies.
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our menu specifications.
• Ensure all food offerings meet our standards and availability.
• Master the cafe menu and serve food exactly as intended.
• Handle customer concerns and report to the Cafe Manager.
• Stay informed about business updates and new initiatives.
• Clean and sanitize customer tables regularly.

• Ability to work effectively to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills and proactive attitude.
