About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member and contribute to transforming the fast-food industry by serving responsibly sourced, freshly prepared meals. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, including grilling, cashiering, prepping, salsa-making, and assembling orders.
- Maintain exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Participate in training programs designed to boost competence across all operational stations.
- Contribute positively to the team environment by supporting fellow employees and engaging enthusiastically with customers.
Requirements
- Bring a positive, enthusiastic demeanor to the workplace.
- Demonstrate a passion for assisting and serving others, including teammates and customers.
- Have a strong desire to learn extensive cooking techniques.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
