Job Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently manage multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role involves ensuring excellent customer service while preparing meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. You will help maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive, cheerful, and energetic demeanor
- Demonstrate eagerness to assist both customers and team members
- Show strong willingness to learn cooking skills extensively
- Be at least 16 years old
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace
