As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in preparing real food by hand daily, without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will receive thorough training to confidently work across various stations including grill, cashier, food prep, salsa, and expo. This role offers a great starting point with a clear path for advancement, as over 80% of managers began as crew.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and meals according to Chipotle's quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Learn and master multiple kitchen and service stations as part of comprehensive training.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Have a strong passion for serving others and a genuine desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay ranging from $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
