Key Responsibilities
- Receive thorough training to confidently work across various stations including grill, cashier, food preparation, salsa bar, and food expediting.
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a friendly and engaging environment for guests.
- Prepare fresh food daily adhering to Chipotle’s standards of using responsibly sourced ingredients without artificial additives.
Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Show a passion for supporting and serving both customers and teammates.
- Be eager to learn cooking skills extensively.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language used at the work location.
