About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill and be part of a team that's redefining fast food by preparing fresh, real food daily without the use of microwaves, freezers, or can openers. This position offers comprehensive training across various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. While experience in roles such as dishwasher, server, bartender, or cook is a plus, enthusiasm and passion for food service are most valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand following Chipotle's standards for fresh, wholesome ingredients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming and friendly restaurant atmosphere.
- Work confidently at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo after adequate training.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and teammates.
- Show eagerness to learn extensive cooking and food preparation techniques.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.
