About the Role

Chipotle Mexican Grill is redefining fast food by serving responsibly sourced, freshly prepared meals without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. As a Crew Member, you'll play an essential role in crafting real food daily while engaging in exceptional customer service. This position provides comprehensive training across all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, making it accessible for individuals with or without prior food service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items by hand ensuring quality and freshness
• Deliver friendly, efficient service that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere
• Operate at different stations including cashier, grill, prep, salsa, and expo as trained
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations and uphold Chipotle’s standards

Requirements

• Exhibit a warm, energetic attitude and passion for serving people
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking and preparation skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace
