Job Role Overview

Joining PopStroke as a Busser/Runner means contributing to joyful dining experiences through energetic and attentive support. Work is non-exempt and compensated hourly along with tips.

Primary Duties

• Assist restaurant and bar operations by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Refill beverages and polish silverware to maintain quality presentation.
• Help guests use the PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to tables, ensuring customer satisfaction and presentation standards.
• Use technology effectively to optimize food pick-up and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout restaurant areas, including gaming spaces and restrooms, while restocking supplies.
• Support opening and closing tasks such as stacking chairs, sweeping floors, arranging outdoor furniture, and waste disposal.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests and collaborate with team members for seamless operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform duties in both indoor and outdoor settings as required.
• Complete any other related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong dedication to teamwork and work ethic.
• Availability to work during weekends and holidays is required.
• Excellent communication abilities and a focus on customer service.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for prolonged periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weights up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable transporting heavy trays and multiple plates from kitchen to tables.
• Safe operation of ladders as needed.
