Job Summary

We are looking for energetic individuals to join us as Bussers/Runners who support our restaurant and bar operations. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests with orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages with excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant and bar functions.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; refill drinks; polish silverware.
• Assist customers with usage of the PopStroke mobile ordering system.
• Deliver food orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality presentation.
• Use technology effectively to manage food pickup and delivery within the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining, gaming, and restroom areas; restock supplies as needed.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including furniture setup, floor cleaning, and trash removal.
• Offer friendly and attentive guest service, responding quickly to any needs.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards consistently.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth and efficient service flow.
• Perform job duties in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Carry out other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Strong dedication and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 30 pounds.
• Carry heavy trays and multiple plates efficiently from kitchen to tables.
• Competent and safe use of a ladder.

Additional Information
