Role Overview

This position calls for a proactive and highly organized Business Support Administrator to provide reliable support to Gallagher's Security division. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff for Security, the role involves managing calendar schedules, organizing events, travel, communications, and administrative processes to ensure seamless team collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance and coordination for the Security team.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and coordinate team events efficiently.
  • Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, visas, and registration for conferences.
  • Oversee upkeep of office resources including facilities, stationery supplies, and SharePoint content management.
  • Support ongoing workflows, project administration, and compliance with Research & Development Tax Incentive (RDTI) requirements.
  • Contribute actively to team-building initiatives, promote knowledge exchange, and suggest improvements in processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in providing quality administrative support in fast-paced business environments.
  • Strong capabilities in organization, project coordination, time management, and prioritizing tasks to maintain workflow momentum.
  • Detail-oriented with precision in managing information, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Project Web App, Power BI, or SharePoint is advantageous.
