About the Role
Join our expanding eShepherd team based in Hamilton, New Zealand, as a Project Coordinator. eShepherd is Gallagher's innovative virtual fencing platform that leverages GPS-enabled technology and software to transform livestock management by enabling farmers to control grazing remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering and product development efforts to advance project progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and plans.
- Monitor project milestones, track risks, and oversee action items to ensure smooth progress.
- Assist in activities related to design verification and product validation.
- Support the introduction of new products and ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with a broad array of internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess 1 to 2 years experience in project support or coordination roles.
- Demonstrate strong organisational abilities and effective planning skills.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail with reliable follow-through on tasks.
- Ability to manage priorities while working confidently across varied teams.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or product development contexts is considered an advantage.
