The Role
We seek a proactive and highly organized Business Support Administrator to join our Hamilton-based teams. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff - Security, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating efficient business operations by managing meetings, events, travel arrangements, communications, and administrative workflows that keep our teams aligned and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support and coordination for the Security team.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and facilitate team events.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, visas, and conference registrations.
- Maintain office supplies, facilities, and manage SharePoint content.
- Support workflow management, project administration, and compliance with RDTI requirements.
- Contribute to fostering team building, sharing knowledge, and driving process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We look for an experienced administrator who excels in organization and who approaches tasks with a positive, can-do attitude. You should be comfortable navigating multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment while providing outstanding support to colleagues. Your focus on detail and effective communication enables smooth operations and strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality administrative assistance within a busy team or corporate setting.
- Strong organizational abilities, project coordination skills, and effective time management to keep workflows efficient.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in managing information, tasks, and deadlines.
- Confident and clear communication skills, adept at building positive connections across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Project Web App, Power BI, or SharePoint seen as advantageous.
