About the Role
The Business Enablement Lead plays a key role in driving operational excellence by facilitating the smooth implementation of business strategies. This position acts as a vital link between strategic objectives and daily execution, focusing on enhancing cross-functional collaboration, optimizing operational processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making to ensure continual growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic goals into actionable enablement plans and frameworks.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows, tools, and systems supporting partnerships and client interactions.
- Deliver data analysis, performance metrics, and comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
- Promote alignment across strategy, operations, and client requirements through cross-functional teamwork.
- Assist in creating and executing policies, procedures, and best practices to boost efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Champion the effective utilization of business development platforms, CRM software, and other enablement tools.
- Lead knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and capability enhancement within enablement teams.
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and key performance indicators to guarantee consistent progress and accountability.
- Act as the primary coordinator facilitating smooth communication among stakeholders in partnerships and business activities.
- Craft and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at promoting training programs both locally and internationally.
- Plan and run marketing efforts including digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, and social media to enhance program visibility.
- Engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and secure training contracts.
- Prepare promotional assets such as proposals and presentations to showcase training program benefits.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry bodies, government agencies, and corporations to broaden program outreach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- Between 5 to 7 years’ experience in business development enablement, operations, or project management roles.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving efficient results.
- In-depth understanding of business development workflows and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Strong interpersonal aptitude with the ability to influence and collaborate across various teams.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and oral English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
