Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated commercial strategies to maximize revenue streams and market share growth.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers and Finance to align commercial decisions with revenue objectives while managing costs to achieve profit and margin targets.
• Direct pricing policies, demand forecasting, and regular business analyses to enhance revenue across all business segments.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations teams both on property and regionally to support brand visibility and demand generation.
• Stay proactive to market changes by analyzing competitive trends and continuously adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, Hilton corporate, and external partners to align on long-term commercial goals.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team by fostering engagement, managing performance, and promoting professional growth and recognition.
