Key Responsibilities

• Meet manufacturing engineering targets to enhance department performance and achieve company-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Design and adjust production line layouts focusing on material flow, reducing waste, and improving ergonomics.
• Evaluate and improve processes across warehouses, production, and repair zones, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost yield, capacity, and operational capabilities.
• Support international locations, including the European Integration Centre (Barcelona), collaborating closely and travelling as needed to identify process enhancements.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and repair documentation, including work instructions and process routings.
• Assist in fabricating and developing production jigs and fixtures for electronic gaming machine assembly and packaging.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to recognize trends affecting build quality and efficiency.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, Ishikawa diagrams, Five Whys, and the Eight Disciplines to resolve production and repair challenges.
• Facilitate the transition of products from concept through to mass manufacture, ensuring delivery deadlines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with design engineers to assess process technologies, equipment designs, and suppliers, choosing optimal solutions for mass production.
• Conduct risk evaluations, plan mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to comply with quality specifications.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent background.
• At least 5 years of practical industrial experience designing and developing manufacturing and repair processes and related machinery.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence.
• Skilled in developing data-driven root cause analysis and corrective strategies.
• Strong capabilities in data interpretation, communication, and project coordination.
• Open to business travel as needed.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Experience with Power BI and Power App will be advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of financial and commercial aspects of manufacturing operations.
• Innovative thinker focused on continuous process improvements.
• Hands-on problem solver with technical aptitude.
