Job description
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is tasked with proactively researching, engaging, and qualifying contacts across critical APAC regions, driving growth opportunities within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map potential new client accounts for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Initiate cold calls and send emails to prospects to generate qualified meetings.
- Leverage sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach for prospecting and engagement.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and build strong sales pipelines.
- Clearly and succinctly explain the company’s offerings and promptly address basic queries from prospective customers.
- Meet predetermined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization and the VP of Marketing.
- Work closely with Business Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to design campaigns that optimize lead quality and quantity.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is favorable.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales within mid-market and enterprise segments.
- A strong sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with SaaS products is advantageous; expertise in Threat Intelligence and Cybersecurity is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with effective time management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with outbound digital sales platforms including LinkedIn, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator; prior CRM system experience is a bonus.
- Motivated, self-driven, possessing a positive mindset and relentless work ethic.
- Available to work from the office a minimum of three days per week, supporting a hybrid work model.
