Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative fluent in Polish to join our Dublin team. You will be instrumental in advancing the "agentic era" by promoting Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform and Agentforce AI. The role involves generating new sales pipelines via outreach to new prospects and expanding current accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Engage key decision-makers by cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop territory-specific sales strategies.
- Perform thorough account research to understand client challenges and how Salesforce solutions can address them.
Requirements
- Proven track record in quota-based direct sales and business development roles.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with aptitude for building relationships and simplifying complex value propositions.
- Fluency in both Polish and English languages.
- Legal right to work in Ireland is mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales methodology frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling is preferred.
