Role Overview
We seek a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to enhance our expanding commercial team. The role primarily involves generating fresh business opportunities by conducting proactive outreach and managing focused campaigns to secure qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement precise outbound campaigns to create new business leads and schedule qualified appointments for the business development team.
- Make a predetermined minimum number of daily calls, supported by structured email and social media outreach campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within targeted industry sectors.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate records of activities, leads, and sales pipelines using CRM software.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and business development personnel to improve messaging, targeting strategies, and lead quality.
- Maintain engagement with leads through consistent follow-up to ensure a favorable impression of RCK Partners.
- Consistently meet or surpass weekly and monthly activity and meeting objectives.
- Remain well-informed about RCK’s service lines and prevailing market trends to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in telephone sales, telesales, or lead generation roles is preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outgoing calls and engaging prospects across multiple communication channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of quickly establishing rapport.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving results.
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities.
- A team-oriented mindset, taking initiative with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
