Position Overview
The role of Business Development Representative (BDR) centers on expanding our presence in the Danish market from our Dublin hub. BDRs are vital growth drivers, tasked with selling beyond software to include Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce technologies. This position focuses on generating new business pipeline and strategically expanding within existing accounts via proactive outreach.
Relocation Support
- Support begins immediately upon offer acceptance.

- Onboarding at our Dublin campus departs on day one with comprehensive orientation.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.
- Connect with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and social selling platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategic territory plans.
- Conduct thorough account research to identify client challenges and tailor Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven direct sales experience with quota attainment.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to convey complex concepts simply.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (including internships and leadership positions).
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English is mandatory.
- Legal right to work in Ireland is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
- Consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills aligned with the role’s core competencies.
