Business Analyst

About the Role

Kyndryl, the world's leading IT infrastructure services provider, seeks a Business Analyst passionate about resolving complex issues, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and transforming data into meaningful insights. This role is based in Ahmedabad with onsite attendance required, operating Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, producing comprehensive documentation like BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Engage with various stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance to conduct workshops and validate requirements effectively.
• Conduct business process analysis and redesign to enhance enterprise solutions, especially in BFSI or regulated sectors.
• Translate privacy consulting and operation needs into actionable design, implementation, and management strategies focused on infrastructure and data center operations.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum practices for backlog management and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute data analysis, mapping, and workflow designs specifically tailored for privacy governance use cases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience of over 5 years in infrastructure administration, server management, and data center operations.
• Strong background in BFSI or regulated industries with a focus on high-availability environments.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, process re-engineering, gap analysis, solution evaluation, and domain knowledge related to BFSI and privacy operations.
