Bus / Grounds Utility - FIFO 2:1 Roster

Position Overview

Join a cohesive FIFO team at the Golden Grove site working with 29Metals in a full-time, onsite role based on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth. As a Bus / Grounds Utility, you will help maintain smooth camp operations by focusing primarily on grounds and utility tasks with some bus driving duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various grounds maintenance such as mowing, whipper snipping, gardening, and weed control
• Manage rubbish collection and perform general outdoor upkeep, including pressure washing
• Handle airport baggage and passenger check-ins efficiently
• Drive site buses for airport transfers and short site commutes, approximately 1–2 hours per day
• Support general utility duties to assist the camp team as needed
• Maintain a safe, presentable, and customer-focused environment on site

Candidate Profile

• Essential FIFO work experience
• Proven bus driving experience on mine or FIFO operations
• Current Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authorization
• Preferably hold a current HR-C license
• Hands-on experience in grounds maintenance or similar utility roles
• Physically fit for baggage handling and manual labor tasks
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, confident in passenger interactions and airport transfers
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance with procedures
• Reliable, adaptable, and a team-oriented mindset
• Valid long-term Australian work rights

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $100,938 plus superannuation
• FIFO roster of two weeks on, one week off from Perth
