This position suits individuals with solid knowledge of automotive parts who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret parts requirements for customers and workshop personnel.
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders.
• Source and place orders for parts from suppliers as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and provide assistance in stock management activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Offer technical guidance and recommend products when appropriate.
• Ensure precise data entry and keep system records current.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter within automotive, truck, heavy vehicle, or transmission sectors.
• Strong understanding of automotive components and the ability to identify parts effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities.
• Capability to collaborate efficiently within a team setting.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management software.
