This role focuses on establishing a sustainable employment pipeline by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting candidates through employer-required training before employment with the company. This approach generates revenue from wage subsidy schemes and employer-required training programs, while delivering valuable employment opportunities to job seekers and advancing the company's social commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with local employment service providers within the designated region to provide job seekers access to the Programmed Skills Development Centre (SDC).
  • Collaborate closely with the SDC team to address candidate challenges and facilitate successful program completion.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are completed following successful training, and refer candidates to branch resourcing specialists for placement.
  • Partner with resourcing specialists to promptly fill vacancies with trained candidates.
  • Organize and coordinate weekly informational sessions or job fairs alongside employment service providers and operational teams as required.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of job seekers and maintain accurate entries in FastTrack.
  • Monitor on-site employee performance and work hours to achieve wage subsidy objectives.
  • Actively promote available job seeker employees to customers through reverse marketing efforts.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions.
  • Lead weekly retention meetings with the Employment Service and operations teams.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with employment service providers to confirm alignment with candidate suitability and flow expectations.
  • Champion a culture of strict compliance and effective candidate risk management practices.
  • Ensure timely completion of all compliance-related tasks and documentation.
  • Manage all records and documents according to divisional quality management standards.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports concerning administration and compliance metrics.
  • Promote a positive health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) culture, ensuring all candidates receive appropriate inductions and adhere to relevant laws, codes, and ethical guidelines.
  • Continuously advocate for safety improvements across the organization.

Company Commitment

The organisation is dedicated to cultivating a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace characterized by zero harm. It embraces diversity across culture, background, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, and life experience. Candidates at all life stages are encouraged to apply, and discussions regarding flexible work arrangements including part-time and job-sharing options are welcomed to support role success.
