Job Overview

As a Bus Captain for Indorailbus Travel Private Limited, you will be accountable for managing passenger boarding and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey with outstanding service. Your role involves timely coordination, assisting passengers, and maintaining service quality on-board according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the boarding process for passengers on assigned buses promptly at designated locations.
• Assist passengers in locating and settling into their correct seats efficiently.
• Perform and maintain a daily checklist to confirm all promised onboard facilities and amenities are available.
• Contact passengers who are delayed and provide guidance to reach the boarding point on time.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify issues and work towards improving the overall passenger experience.
• Handle on-the-spot bookings and maintain accurate daily records of these transactions.
• Accompany the bus throughout the journey, which involves travel durations typically ranging from 8 to 14 hours, and return with the bus the following day.
• Attend to passenger needs and assure delivery of all promised facilities during travel.
• Engage with customers during or after the journey to collect feedback, ratings, and reviews to support service enhancement.
