Role Overview
The Bus Captain is responsible for guaranteeing passenger safety, ensuring their comfort, and facilitating efficient boarding and alighting throughout the trip. This role mandates the captain to remain onboard during the entire journey, address passenger inquiries, resolve any problems swiftly, and maintain vigilance especially during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee passenger safety and comfort at all times during travel.
- Assist with seamless boarding and deboarding processes.
- Stay onboard for the duration of the journey to attend to passenger needs.
- Respond promptly to any passenger concerns or issues during the trip.
- Be prepared and available to work night shifts as required.
