The Bus Captain plays a crucial role in maintaining passenger safety and ensuring a comfortable travel experience. They oversee the boarding and disembarking processes, manage queries and concerns of passengers, and guarantee the smooth operation of journey segments assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise passenger safety throughout the trip.
- Manage passenger onboarding and offboarding efficiently.
- Remain present on the bus during the journey to address any passenger needs.
- Respond promptly to passenger questions and resolve issues as they arise.
- Undertake night shift duties as required to support operational needs.
