The Bus Captain plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing passenger safety, ensuring their comfort throughout the journey, and managing smooth processes for boarding and alighting. This position requires being present onboard at all times and efficiently addressing passenger questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Maintain passenger safety and comfort during the trip
- Manage orderly boarding and disembarking procedures
- Remain on the bus for the entire journey duration
- Promptly respond to and resolve passenger queries and issues
- Work night shifts as part of the job requirements
