The Bus Captain plays a critical role in guaranteeing passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey. This position involves managing the boarding and alighting processes smoothly, attending to passenger inquiries, and swiftly resolving any issues that arise during travel. The role requires consistent presence onboard and availability for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the trip.
- Facilitate efficient and orderly boarding and deboarding of passengers.
- Remain onboard at all times during the journey to assist passengers as needed.
- Address passenger questions and resolve concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Perform duties during night shifts as part of the work schedule.
