Branch Supervisor - E-Commerce Operations

Overview

The Branch Supervisor will lead a team focused on optimizing the picking and delivery processes to ensure superior customer service outcomes at an e-commerce operation. The role involves supervising schedules, resource utilization, and collaborating with store teams for stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and regulate duty schedules, ensuring punctuality and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Maximize the efficiency of pickers, administrative staff, and drivers, monitor pick rates, and ensure timely handover and delivery.
• Coordinate with store operations to guarantee product replenishment and stock availability.
• Train the team on procedure adherence to uphold operational quality.
• Achieve daily performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain availability of operational assets and supplies such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
• Liaise with the area operations lead to discuss daily operational issues and requirements.
• Communicate any operational disruptions through the service desk for escalation handling.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school; college education is advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of over 10 members.
• Intermediate proficiency in English language.
• Experience in retail and e-commerce environments is essential.
