Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bodyshop Paint Technician to join our Glasgow Accident Repair Centre team. This role involves utilizing modern equipment within a well-equipped and orderly bodyshop environment, supported by a leadership team that prioritizes quality, fairness, and career progression.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Salary range: £38,000 to £44,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a bonus up to £6,000.
• Additional colleague car scheme and retention bonus available.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 15:30.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mixing and applying paint in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Executing paint repairs and full vehicle resprays.
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout all tasks.
• Keeping the work area clean and well-organized.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a Paint Technician.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on finish quality.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with modern paint technologies and application methods.
• Relevant qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
