Overview
Join Honeywell Technologies as a BMS Senior Technical Services Lead, based primarily in Abbotsford, Melbourne with options for Auckland, NZ, and Sydney, NSW. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams including technicians, engineers, and sales personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to Honeywell Building Management System (BMS) software, firmware, and hardware deployed by field technicians.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Review Requests (TRRs) concerning BMS solution designs during sales engagements.
- Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for Honeywell staff, clients such as consultants, specifiers, end users, and local regulatory bodies to share knowledge on Honeywell's latest technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices.
Skills and Experience Required
- Formal qualification in electrical or electronic engineering, or a closely related field.
- More than five years of experience in technical support and/or delivery roles.
- In-depth experience with Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) BMS products is essential.
- Strong background in HVAC engineering and implementation.
- Experience with software and PC programming.
- Possession of Tridium Certified Professional credentials.
- Ability to maintain an organized, structured workflow.
- Strong inquisitive skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive teamwork approach with emphasis on quality and a first-time-right philosophy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
