Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with advanced cyber security technologies and maintain expert knowledge on assigned network domains.
• Hold and maintain relevant cyber security certifications.
• Keep abreast of current industry security standards including IEC-62443 and ISO 27000 series.
• Build and nurture trusted technical relationships with internal teams and external customers by providing accurate and timely support.
• Address customer questions and issues efficiently by diagnosing and delivering the most appropriate technical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date industrial safety awareness through required safety certifications.

Experience and Capabilities

• Over 10 years in Cyber Security, Network Security, OT/IT Security, or related fields, including experience with industrial cybersecurity assessments and consultancy.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, GICSP, IEC 62443, or their equivalents.
• Proficient in leading cyber security risk assessment workshops and consulting engagements.
• Expert in conducting IEC 62443-based Cyber Security Risk Assessments and forming remediation strategies.
• Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and ACSC guidance.
• Skilled in designing and implementing OT/IT security solutions involving network segmentation, industrial DMZs, remote access, and defense-in-depth architectures.

Additional Valued Skills

• Understanding of Process Control Systems, DCS, SCADA, and industrial network technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus and Nmap.
• In-depth knowledge of network security technology including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, ACLs, and secure network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and security products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, virtualization platforms like VMware, and Windows/Linux security.
• Ability to produce detailed design documents, functional specifications, and cybersecurity architecture deliverables.
• Strong skills in customer engagement, workshop facilitation, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with complex network, cyber security, and system integration challenges.

Job Conditions

• Position requires 30-40% travel, primarily focused on Operational Technology environments in sectors such as mining or large-scale industrial operations.
