Role Overview

The company is seeking a BIM Modeler for their Interior Factory team focusing on the development of precise BIM models, shop drawings, and comprehensive fit-out documentation for prefabricated and modular PODs. This role supports streamlined factory manufacturing and onsite installation processes. Candidates with experience in fit-out disciplines, particularly villa, residential, or hospitality sectors, will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update accurate BIM/Revit models for modular PODs and fit-out elements.
• Generate detailed shop, fabrication, and construction drawings.
• Model architectural fit-out features such as walls, ceilings, floors, joinery, doors, and sanitary fixtures.
• Coordinate among architectural, structural, and MEP models to assure cohesive integration.
• Detect and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and constructability concerns.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with project stipulations and factory production standards.
• Integrate design changes and maintain up-to-date model data throughout the project phases.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, production, and site teams.
• Support quantity take-offs, material schedules, and comprehensive BIM documentation.
• Provide accurate guidance to production for off-site manufacturing and onsite assembly.
• Guarantee timely and precise issuance of all drawings and models.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience with BIM/Revit modeling, preferably in fit-out, modular construction, prefabrication, or construction sectors.
• Experience or strong preference given to candidates familiar with PODs/modular construction or fit-out projects.
• Applicants with villa, residential, or hospitality fit-out background are welcome.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit software.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection tools is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of fit-out detailing, construction techniques, shop drawings, and material coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP schematics effectively.
