Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and escort guests arriving or departing the hotel to their rooms or transportation.
• Handle the collection, transfer, and storage of guest luggage efficiently and safely.
• Inspect guest rooms alongside guests and highlight the room features.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and fulfill requests ensuring excellent service standards.
• Manage and organize luggage storage per hotel guidelines.
• Support the upkeep, appearance, and operational readiness of equipment used in the role.
