Key Responsibilities
- Prepare top-quality beverages and food items consistently, adhering to established recipe and presentation standards.
- Manage store operational tasks such as opening and closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Assist colleagues especially during busy periods to maintain smooth store functioning.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and customer preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a genuine, customer-first approach to build meaningful connections.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace for both customers and team members.
Requirements
No prior barista experience is necessary; however, a genuine enthusiasm for creating enjoyable customer moments and a willingness to learn are essential. Be prepared for varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
