Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a baker at the Marda Loop location, you will be an integral part of a small team focused on producing artisan bread daily. Your day will begin early in an empty bakery, creating fresh products through precise preparation and baking processes. Tasks include reading production schedules, following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and operating ovens. Additionally, you will help maintain cleanliness in the bakery and contribute to a positive customer environment.

Physical Demands
- Continuous standing or walking during shifts
- Regular lifting and carrying up to 22 kilograms
- Frequent bending, reaching, and wrist movements including rotation and flexing
- Occasional forceful gripping and light pushing or pulling
- Capability to lift items weighing 2.5 kilograms up to 1.7 meters in height
