About the Role

As a Baker, you'll be part of a community-focused environment committed to helping you grow, engage with your peers, and contribute to meaningful bakery work. Starting your shift as early as 2 am, you will help create fresh artisan breads and baked goods that delight customers daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team each morning to produce baked items using precise recipes.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.
- Interpret production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients accurately, shape dough, and manage baking processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Morning person able to work independently or within a small team.
- Strong pride in the bakery's offerings and community impact.
- Positive attitude with good organizational capabilities.
- Commitment to supporting team success, store performance, and personal growth.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 22 kg.
- Frequent reaching, turning, pushing, pulling, and occasional bending.
- Lift at least 2.5 kg to heights of 1.7 meters.
- Regular use of hands with wrist movements and occasional forceful grips.
