Your Role as a Sales Associate

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team to offer outstanding and personalized customer service, building rapport with returning patrons.
• Manage product displays and implement marketing promotions effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and support production tasks, gaining knowledge in baking processes.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously throughout all tasks.
• Use both hands consistently during duties.
• Carry items frequently weighing up to 7.5 kg; perform actions like bending, turning, and reaching below shoulder height.
• Occasionally lift or carry loads up to 22 kg and engage in pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level.
