About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming bakery environment focused on freshness and excellent customer service. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team to deliver excellent customer experiences and build relationships with regular patrons.
- Manage product displays and implement marketing initiatives within the bakery.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and support baking operations as needed, gaining hands-on baking experience.
Candidate Profile
- Take pride in providing personalized and friendly service to customers.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and approachable personality.
- Be dependable, self-driven, and eager to acquire new skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous retail experience and proficiency handling cash and card payments are advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Frequent use of both hands for various tasks.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 7.5 kg regularly, including bending and reaching below shoulder level.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 22 kg, and perform pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level.
