Role Overview
As a Baker, you will be the heart of our bakery operations, arriving early in the morning to prepare and bake the bagels that define our brand. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and availability of our products for every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries with consistency and quality.
- Ensure the bagel wall and pastry case are well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service, assisting in order taking and sandwich making as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work early shifts starting as early as 3 AM, including weekends and varied days.
- Successful completion of background checks in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, required only at specific locations, and must meet company driving standards.
- Eligibility for tips is dependent on state regulations.
Physical Demands
This role requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations.
